Belinda Andrade

Belinda has more than 20 years’ experience in consumer communications, specialising in FMCG, beauty and lifestyle brands. Having run her own PR business, she fully understands the balance between telling a compelling story and the commercial aspects of what PR needs to achieve.

Belinda was instrumental in the launch of beauty industry website beautydirectory, as editor of the unique online information service for Australia’s beauty media.

She ran PR Chicks for more than a decade and was General Manager at Moskos Branding & Communications.

Belinda has worked with brands such as Vittoria, Racing NSW, NIVEA, Dr. Bronner’s, Bioderma, Clarisonic and Elemis as well as personalities including Michael Klim, Jason Derulo, Liam Payne and Jessica Hart. She is well-respected by the country’s leading lifestyle media and knows how to achieve cut-through in a very competitive and evolving media market. Belinda’s core competencies include strategic communications campaigns, media relations, influencer marketing, copywriting and event management.

Sam Wilkinson

Nick Albrow

Nick leads our sustainability team and is passionate about helping organisations make a positive impact on people and the planet.

Nick has extensive experience in reputation management and sustainability communications. He has managed high-profile communications campaigns for global companies in several countries having started his career in the UK. This has involved providing strategic advice including developing their sustainability and ESG policies, ensuring their sustainability work has substance, aligns with their values, and resonates with their stakeholders.

Nick’s expertise in the clean energy industry has helped him build the public profile of innovative firms that are solving the world’s most pressing challenges. He also provides pro-bono support to NGOs and start-up networks in the clean energy industry.

He has a deep understanding of media and engages tier one and industry journalists every day, working to enhance and protect the reputation of his clients.

Digital Specialist

Isabella Dugan

Isabella is a strategic communicator and digital marketer, with extensive experience across SEO copywriting, social media management and content marketing. Her M.O is to help clients escape digital mediocrity, with highly customised digital campaigns designed to achieve their communications and reputation goals online. Isabella’s curiosity and commitment to excellence is key to her work and, like any good marketer, she is on top of trends and open to change.

Isabella has applied these skills across retail, hospitality, health and fitness and NFP sectors, working with execs through to CEO level. She has a track record of excellent client relations and strategic partnerships as a freelancer, in-house and in-agency.

Senior Account Manager

Stephen Mesa

Stephen has over six years of stakeholder and project management experience developed during his time working in advertising. There, he managed the development of communication campaigns from initial briefing through to implementation and review ensuring strategically integrated approaches across all tactics and channels. He excels at collaboration with partner stakeholders to ensure cohesion in all aspects of communication delivery.

Creativity and design thinking experience provides Stephen with the ability to deliver out-of-the-box and simplified solutions to complex problems. He has employed these skills across banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, FMCG, and NGOs.

Stephen is currently studying Master of Strategic Public Relations at The University of Sydney.

Bronte Wild

Bronte is a communications specialist, with experience in public relations, project management, client liaison and management, and consumer trends. With a passion for consumer and lifestyle brands, Bronte works to ensure clients achieve their aims and objectives, whilst growing their customer base across campaigns. She has extensive experience with social media marketing and in-depth knowledge of influencer trends and best practice.

Bronte has a background in communications: journalism and political and social sciences, giving her an integrated and diverse understanding of the media sector. She is committed to developing creative business solutions for a better future, with a keen interest in the environment and sustainability, corporate responsibility, international relations, and current affairs.
